Sunday we woke up to warthogs roaming around the lodge site. Farnoosh and Clare fed them apples and I kept my distance. Or at least tried too.
The foreign clerks took one more drive around the park and giraffes came out to say good morning. Being so close to these huge, awkward but graceful animals was stunning.
Then it was back to the lodge for brunch and one last group picture to commemorate the weekends.
Fortunately, while the drive to the park was in a torrential downpour the sun came out for the drive back. Beautiful blue skies and green mountains.
